Incident resolution:
For any kind of incident you may have, please contact us at support_at_morfeo-project.org. A message with the confirmation will be sent once the staff receives the notification and optionally an estimated date for its resolution. Once the incident is solved a new mail will be sent with its notification.
The community offers an open space for enterprises to generate business opportunities around MORFEO components. This page will set out information about what these enterprises offer. Wiki & Blogs Administrators
Add Wiki Users:
Log into the Wiki like Wiki’s Administrator.
Follow the “Special Pages” link, in the “ToolBox”, in the left-side. Locate “Log in / Create Account” page and open it. Click “Create an account” link to open the Registration Form.
Add Blog Users:
Log into the Blog like Blog’s Administrator. Click into Administration. Select “Users” tab and type the requested data to add a new user. Information about the user’s role:

Mailing lists administrators
Filtering SPAM messages:
The Morfeo platform has an spam detection system installed called spamassassin. however this software doesn’t delete the messages, but set it to spam. As mailing list administrator in the Morfeo Community, you can activate a filter that detects these messages marked for deletion or to withhold it. The steps are as follows:
- Go to the list administration url : https://lists.morfeo-project.org/mailman/admin/[LIST NAME]
- In the menu, go to Privacy Options/Spam filters.
- You will get a text box to fill in, or if it have a previously filter, it will appear in the text box. If the second case, select “Add new item”.
- In the empty text box, write this: X-Spam-Flag: YES
- Select an option (defer, hold, reject, discard, accept). This option will be applied to the messages marked as spam.
- For last, click in “Submit your changes”.
